I know nominations are closed but none of the books listed are available in my library so i'm looking for something to read. How about this one, there's no sign rain but it's implied by the umbrellas?

Margo I will accept that book for rain on the cover. There is actually what looks like rain water droplets falling down in the background. I'm glad you found something to read :)
