Passed Librarian Test but Never Recieved Librarian Status

Hello Librarians,

Sorry if this is addressed elsewhere in the group, but couldn't find it.

A couple months back I took and passed the Librarian application test, but I was never granted Librarian status. Can someone help me with next steps?

Yes, I received a reply from Goodreads support. In my case it is due to the fact I am an author, and authors are not eligble to be Librarians (they might have made that a bit more clear, haha).
