Hello,

Please help me get rid of this paperback edition, which is a temporary print test copy that was created by Amazon when the book was set up for their print-on-demand service (it even has a "not for resale" stamp on the cover): https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Also, I would like to combine the paperback and ebook editions, but have been unable to do so from my author account.
