DONE - Request to combine editions: "Bush Christmas"

Goodreads currently lists 4x separate entries for this book:

1. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... - this is the 1st (1947) edition, which was a novelisation of a film by the same name released in the same year

2. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... - a 1963 reprint with a changed subtitle

3. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... - a 1968 reprint (which I suspect, but do not know for certain, has the same cover as the 1963 reprint)

4. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/8... - a 1983 (3rd) edition, released to coincide with the remake of the film

In my view all 4x entries can be combined. Goodreads is then just missing a 2nd edition which was published in 1980 by Pitman in Carlton, Victoria (Australia): https://trove.nla.gov.au/work/7487234...

Combined the editions you mentioned, also a couple of others I found.
Added the 1980 edition.
