Does the length of a book bother you?

Depends on the quality of the content and if the book needs all the content. I don’t like a lot of filler

Honestly, sometimes I would just feel a dread of how I'm going to read it all if the book is long BUT if it's good, it takes me no time, so therefore, no the length of the book doesn't really bother me.

It depends a lot... Sometimes the book is short (less than 250 pages) and I read it a few hours, sometimes I'll take a week. Depends on the story. If it motivates me or not.
Right now I am reading "A Feast for Crows", the book is over 700 pages and I assure you it's killing me. On the other hand, I read "A Storm of Swords", over 1100 pages and I quite liked it.

Size doesn't really matter. And it doesn't bother me. What bothers me is the writing and the story.

I love long books, all the more story to enjoy. I read fairly quickly and I love it when I can be in the same story for up to a week.

Yessssss! I always get super intimidated by big books! Right now I am reading False Memory which is taking me forever on the contrary these are usually the best books.

If I like the book, then the longer the better, I never want it to end. Besides, some of the best stories I've read are 1000+ pages.
What I do not like is if the book is too short, under 100 pages, since I don't believe you can get enough of a story development or character background in that case.

I don't mind a big book, however -- those are audiobooks for me. I typically read when I commute so I can't carry around a heavy book.

i think i only pay attention to the length of a book if i'm going to be carrying it with me everywhere or not
