Sarah B. | 45 comments This author Kaled LaBziz has almost 1300 books, and they all seem to be blank notebooks, which are not valid books and should be changed to invalid (I only checked the first 900). However, doing this for each book would take a long time. Is there anyone who can do this job in large batches?

No librarian has this ability.

If you put Jaclyn in your thread title (she is the moderator of this group) she would be able to tell you if staff can do this.

Renske | 12220 comments If it is very clear everything on the profile is a Not A Book item, merging the profile into the 'NOT A BOOK' profile is an option. (With these numbers of items it likely takes multiple takes to complete the merge.)

When that is not an option due to valid books on the profile, a way to make it a bit easier is to use the disambiguate page. You find that link on the edit page of a profile. With that page you move the invalid items to a new profile. That new profile you merge into the Not A Book profile. You still need to something for every book, but just one click is at least less work.

Tawnya | 4028 comments I always send it straight to support. They usually remove the account. Of course it depends on who gets the message. I'd say 95% of the time they have removed the profile.
