I haven't been working out consistently lately cuz i haven't been feeling 100%. lol
I use one of these that we have in our garage. It is really nice cuz you can do just about anything on it

Anybody do planks. My record is 2min 15sec
pinterest is my trainer!i do a lot of ab workouts, mainly because of my foot; i also have really strong leg muscles from rollerblading all last summer and basketball season : )
i also do planks but only for a minute nightly

My workout routine (when i have one) is benching, another weight exercise we have, planking, and sometimes pushups (I'm terrible at them).
👍 I need to get my brother to set a bar up sometime. He wants one too but we just haven't gotten it done yet.

@Elisabeth can you do wall pushups? those help you build up to girl pushups, then...I guess they're guy pushups?? XDI can do 20 girl, like 3 regular XD
Well to be honest i think i can only do like 5 or 6 right know cause i haven't done them in a long time.(Pull ups)

Girl pushups are cheating 😂😂 lol.
They don't work your core. Which is my whole goal with pushups. Oh and in answer to your question, idk I've never done wall pushups.
Yeah well if your arms arn't strong enough then to get them stronger you have to do the girl push ups (btw they arn't called that)
Yeah but they work your shoulders, which is why I do pushups anyway; I'd try doing wall pushups and then work up to regular pushupsIf I wanted to work on my core (and I do), then I'd do planks (that's my Achilles heel rn)

Gotcha. Yeah I guess that makes sense than. When I do regular pushups nothing is ever sore afterwards except my stomach muscles, and wowsers they're sore. lol
I think there called knee push ups.

👍 me and my siblings used to have contests to see who could do the most so at one point I could do a bunch. I doubt I'm at that level anymore tho.
Ok so since we were talking about sit-ups earlier i decided to try them again tonight. It’s probably been over a year since I’ve done them. Lol. Me and my brother used to do 100 at a time (we’d see who could get there faster) so I wanted to see how close to 100 I could get now. I did 30 and was definitely getting tired but I think I could’ve gotten to 50 if I cared enough. Definitely not the level I used to be tho. I think I’m gonna try to get back there 😂
I actually don't work out much... lol.. But I would occasionally with a few of my softball teams whenever my coach had us work out.
I plan on doing weight training next school year so there's that, plus this summer I plan on getting into running and walking
165 pushups before bed last night. lol
