Cujo has no chapters, titled or otherwise. Would that count?
Children are born in The Stand among others.

It would ! I just need to prepare for reading that whole beast haha!

1) While "The Shining" does not explicitly mention Finland, it does mention the Overlook Hotel's mysterious construction by a company called "The Finnish Consortium."
2) "The Shining" is primarily set in the isolated and enclosed Overlook Hotel during the winter season, which becomes a character in itself due to its claustrophobic atmosphere.
3) Although "The Shining" does not revolve around a holiday or festival, it does take place during the holiday season, particularly around Christmas.
4) "The Shining" does have chapter numbers, but it doesn't have chapter names. The chapters are simply numbered.
5) While "The Shining" does not involve the birth of a child, it does revolve around the psychic abilities of a child character, Danny Torrance.
While "The Shining" may not perfectly meet all your criteria, it comes close and is still a classic Stephen King novel worth reading.
