2. Merging an edition which was shelved less than five times does not require a superlibrarian. Please post future requests in the "Book & Author Page Issues" folder.
3. You missed the real problem, which is that both of these editions are redundant to this edition. However, this is something only support can correct since it requires moving an ISBN. I will contact them to do that once the merge goes through the queue.

Due to queueing issues this merge was not done properly. I redid it today and it is finally done.
