getting my book on goodreads

hi! my debut book is coming out in december of this year so i was wondering what the process is like to get my book on the goodreads database? also is it an issue if i’m self-publishing through amazon? thank you so much!

Please provide the following information:

* Title:
* Author(s) name(s):
* ISBN (or ASIN):
* Publisher:
* Publication Date Year:
* Publication Date Month:
* Publication Date Day:
* Page count:
* Format (such as paperback, hardcover, ebook, audiobook, etc):
* Description:
* Language (for non-English books):
* Link to book page which ideally includes the cover on a NON-BOOKSELLER site, such as a publisher site, an author site, library catalog, etc. No B&N or other bookseller links can be used as sources for covers or other book data, with the exception of Amazon and its subsidiaries. Alternatively, you can provide photos or screenshots of the cover and ISBN for a copy you own. If linking to a site such as Imgur, Dropbox, etc. please state the original source of the image.

You can put "Self-published" for the Publisher. :)
