Ja, our preferred source for print editions is Worldcat, and they have 708 pages for this isbn.

Please advise what you have between pages 708 & 720, as some things we count, and some things we don't.

Hi Sandra, I have checked my edition again and found that I was in error. the book indeed ends on page 708, being the second page of acknowledgements.
