I joined last night.
I'm from NZ. I read a lot of 20th century fiction & I like my fiction reads to come in at under 350 pages, so even shorter id fine.

Welcome to all our new member. So glad to see you all join the group. Keep share & have a fun time 🤗

I love the genres of romance, spiritual/inspirational, and christian fiction. I also love memoirs and nonfiction in these genres. I'd be happy to read books less than 100 pages. :) Either message me or reply here.

I'm Noman from India, the genres I've explored up till now are philosophy, history, fiction, nonfiction, and manga (I wish to explore every genre there is).
Recently I've been stuck in one of the most brilliant minds of the 20th century, Friedrich Nietzsche (fun fact: I thought I'd be done by one of his titles in a month... it's been more than a year now, and the end is still far off).
once I get past this struggle, I may participate in monthly reads.
Hey Noman! Welcome to the club. Hope you have fun reading and are always welcome to participate in our monthly reads whenever you find the time. Do stay around and inspire with us all that u read.

I'm Berengaria, an American ex-pat living in Germany. I read a lot, as well as writing short stories and novellas myself.
Novellas (or short novels) are structurally very different from short stories or novels, which is why I've decided to read as many as I can to improve my own knowledge of (and hopefully ability in) the genre! Delighted to find a group interested in the same. 😄
Being that I'm not in an English speaking country, my access to books in English is limited, but hopefully I'll be able to lay hands on many of the monthly selections in original or translation.

Hiya Robert,
Absolutely. Nothing like being able to already see the light at the end of the tunnel to encourage you to take the first step forward (or open the book, as the case may be!) Hope the technique works for you.😀

I'm grateful for to all my members for joining my group. All i would like is the see everyone engage more and join in discussing our botm actively.

Was searching for a group with quick monthly reads and this group seemed friendly enough, and right up my alley (If Cats Disappeared from The World is one of my favorite pieces). Hope to engage in future discussions!
