Should I change the title of this book?

I stumbled across this as a friend was reading it. It's not my genre, but the book title reads more like a PR statement that the actual title. Which I believe should just be 'Snow Fall'. It's part of a series too.
I don't want to put my foot into an area where I'm no expert, so would be happy for someone else to edit.
