Problem with combining editions of Agatha Christie book

Hi all,

I recently created this book / Dutch edition of Agatha Christie's The Moving Finger (not yet in the database):

De giftige pen

I then wanted to combine it with the other editions of this book:

The Moving Finger

But for some reason, I can't get the combine editions tool to work. Could anyone give it a try and help me out here?
