Not all the books on the Bible are 100% correct, this is normal when channeling information or receiving information through gnosis. It’s hard to tell what is your own input and what is really coming from source unless you are well trained. Like the stuff that humans can eat all the animals, was something that was a reality in that social environment, and whomever wrote that it was talking from his own experience rather than from god’s mind.
God sees animals as his sons and would never ok to eat them.
Dinosaurs may not be part of the human evolution, perhaps they were visitors who couldn’t return.

Dinosaurs may not be mentioned in the Bible, but they were mentioned in ancient China. Except that they were thought to be dragon bones. A typical illustration of a dragon does appear to have body parts borrowed from numerous dinosaur species - long serpentine neck and tail like the sauropods, jaws and teeth like the theropod carnivores, a line of fins down it's back like a stegosaur, bat-like wings like a pterosaur, eagle-like feet (carnivores again)
