Tagging and Visibility of Books

Dear Team,
Could you please let me know how I can add genre tags to my own published books: "Adira and the Dark Horse," "Fleur of Yesterday" and "All the Hope We Carry" so that they can be found more easily?

Is there also a way you can note that a published book is for a release time, such as fall/autumn?

Also, I've been trying to work out where I need to go to add quotes to my own published books.
