[Answered] Request to add a book is deleted immediately

Can someone please tell me why certain requests to add a new book got deleted immediately after posting? In most cases it is no problem to post a request in the Adding New Books & Editions folder, but sometimes I post my request and after some seconds the topic gets deleted automatically.
Is this a known problem? If yes, are there any solutions for it?
