Hi, librarians can't merge verified profiles, not even superlibrarians can do it. Superlibrarians are not GR staff, they are volunteers.

In this case there's no need to merge, just to move the book to the correct profile. I moved the book to the correct profile as a regular librarian. I also combined it with the other editions of the same work. It doesn't need a superlibrarian or staff. The other profile is deleted automatically when there are not books in it. It's already gone.

Next time, the correct folder is 'Book and Author Page Issues' if you are making a request for a librarian to do it for you. This doesn't require a superlibrarian. You can help group organization by moving the post to the correct folder by click edit next to the title of your post and moving it to the appropriate folder.

Thanks for the tips Tami! I personally couldn't move the book to the right author's page! I'll try to understand why it happens again! Tomorrow morning when I'm at the PC I'll move the post!
