Somebody added a second version of my book

When I logged on tonight, I saw that someone added an extra version of my book, Finding Mikayla (with a blank cover), so that they could add a rating.
I'm not sure why they did this as it's very easy to find my book. Can you somehow merge their rating into my original book and delete that new one that they made?

I've set it to be merged. It might take a day or so to completely disappear and the review to appear on the list again (the cache can take up to 48 hours).
