Book is set in Manhattan. Italian-American scholarship student goes to an upper class high school and falls in with a group of four students who call their group Stonehenge. The scholarship student is nicknamed Beppo. A blonde girl who is a member of this group uses sex to manipulate the males of this group while the second female member of the group realizes that the blonde is a sociopath. Read this in the 90's, but am sure the book was published in the late 70's or early 80's as the people photographed for the dust jacket were wearing clothes from that era.
