Understanding how my actions affect Goodreads

I'd like to ask how my actions affect Goodreads. Let's say that Goodreads has scraped info off of a website and has set up an edition of a book that is signed. Other than being listed as signed, it's identical to another edition in Goodreads. I come along and mark this book as "Nope" so that I know in the future that I can ignore that book. Then one of your librarians come along and realizes this edition should not be a separate edition, it's only a signed copy, so they want to get rid of it. Does my marking it as "Nope" prevent the librarian from doing that? And if so, how can I mark this book as ignoreable until a librarian gets to it, w/o preventing anything the librarians want to do?

I tend to leave editions alone (not delete) if they have personal importance to a user, even if it is a duplicate edition. So if I were deleting duplicate editions and I saw your note, I would merge it back into the work but not delete it. Other librarians may vary.
