It's 174 pages.

World Cat, our preferred source for confirming page counts, says this book has 173 pages. Can you tell me what is on the last page(Page 174)? Because some contents are not included to the total page count.

Both the pages 173 and 174 are bibliography.
There's other pages with commercials but I didn't count those because I'm aware those are not included.
