I just finished Ruin and Rising and so badly want to jump straight into King of Scars... do you think should I have patience and read SoC first? Or will it matter.. can I dive into King of Scars??

I think it’s important to read SoC, and not just because it’s great, but also because one of the main pov characters in King of Scars is one of the main characters in SoC, you would miss a lot of that character’s story. There is also more of the Grishaverse world and politics.
