Shattered Windows question

I am the author, and I need to point out several errors. The cover is outdated, the new cover is colored, not white, in the background. Let me know how I may get an updated jpeg to you. Secondly, it is listed twice on my profile and one is just a proof. This is unnecessary. Thirdly, the proof has a book description but the book itself does NOT have the book description. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help correct these errors.
