[DONE] Change edition status to "deleted"

I've combined the two books, but would like this second edition to be deleted:

Goodreads maintains one record for each edition. There is no reason to delete the paperback edition since it seems valid.
Also, as long as an edition was shelved less than five times, a superlibrarian is not required. Please post future requests in the "Book & Author Page Issues" folder.

I see - I wasn't able to edit the edition status myself and wasn't sure if it needed to be deleted or not. Thank you for making the changes to the edition, though!
