Review
I might a tiny addict to Ruby Dixon's books. She just creates amazing worlds with captivating beings. While her stories are intertwined each book is a standalone in this series. I didn't read the first one yet but I did read the 2nd one which I loved. I'm totally going back to the first series. I loved Sasha even when Dakh's being a totally possessive dragon. This is such a great story and I can't wait to learn more about the steamy dragons.

I picked this up because I enjoyed the other books in the series. I loved that the characters from the other books were brought back into the story. I am hoping for more books in the series, since they were so much fun.

Review: Even though it has been a few years since I read the first book, I didn't have a hard time following along. I like the back and forth between Danaus and Mira. I would love to see her remove the sick from his ass.... I also loved all of the plotting and scheming done by the council. Overall, lots of action in the book. Worth the read.

I changed it. Although I can't imagine reading a series with that many books. The only one I can think of is probably JD Robb's In Death...

Review: Another mystery to solve with my favorite Queer, tatted up, chain smoking, foul mouthed Nun, Sister Holiday. She’s such a badass character and I love her so much. She’s so complex and deeply flawed. She wants to help and do good but she’s also not above going about things in a way that she shouldn’t.
I thought this book was better than book one (even though I really liked that one as well) in terms of we get more character development and I also thought the pacing in this one was a lot smoother. It jumps right in with Sister Holiday finding the body of one of a Priest in a river and the story takes off from there. So many twists and turns and I thought the ending was really good. Great and intense scenes of confrontation and I liked how it all wrapped up. I really hope there will be more books in this series because I need Sister Holiday to solve all of the crimes for as long as possible. She’s just so awesome and this series is gritty but also a lot of fun to read.

I know of a few. The Stephanie Plum books, Terry Pratchett has one, Harry Bosch series, Nancy Drew & Hardy Boys, Jack Reacher, a lot of the cozy mysteries series go that high like the Hannah Swensen series, Anita Blake series, Dark Hunter series, etc. Basically there are tons that I have started but I kind of pick my way through them. There isn't a single series that large that I've read all the way through lol

I'm only on book 8 of the Anita Blake series and like 12 in the Discworld. I love long series but I can't binge through them. I get bored after a while.

Review: I actually liked this one even more than the first one. I enjoyed both MC's and the battle with the family more than the "gold" plot TBH. It was just fun and I liked the secondary characters as well.

No - I've read most of KJ Charles and none of the characters are from other series that I remember.
My 3 favorite series from this author are:
Charm of Magpies
Doomsday Series Books
Will Darling Adventures
None of those are connected to each other. Charm Of Magpies does have two "spin off" books but they fall after the series and don't need to be read. (I didn't like them quite as much as the original series)

I'm going to use the alternate. Author "T"
T. Kingfisher

Looking forward to this one."
I haven't read that one yet! I love her books so much.

Nosedive is a captivating whirlwind adventure that hooks you right from the start till the very last page I couldn't put it down. This one was sweet with just the right balance of steamy and story. The author has created another beautiful story that just captured my heart. This is a perfect paranormal romance it was so beautifully done. I can't wait to read more of the authors books. I just lover her books and ever story has been unique and incredible.

Review: I thought this book was going to be fantasy with some meat on its bones, so this might be an expectation thing... but it wasn't a romance, and it didn't have enough substance for me to call it fantasy. The world was nice. The story wrapped up at the end with an appearance of a character that was never introduced before. Overall, I was slightly disappointed. There were some funny parts though.

I'm glad I was able to finish my chosen book this week. Work was a bit of a shitshow and I worked a lot more overtime than usual. Hope everyone had a fabulous week and I'll see you for the next round. [Hugs]

Review: Weird. Just weird. I wasn't sure what I was getting into before I started this but I really liked where it took me. I found it creepy, sometimes gag inducing, and all the time very graphic. It started out a little slower. What is killing the Usher siblings? That is why Alex, the protagonist, is called to the Usher's home. The scene with the Usher sister in the end on the bed was brutal. The author has a talent for writing grotesque things. I am glad I picked this up and look forward to the sequel

Review: I’ll admit that this was probably my least favorite of the series but in saying that it’s still a four star because I love the characters so much and the plot did get really good towards the middle. The beginning was slow but the highlight was all of the relationship moments between Thayer and Corey. No complaints there because their romance is so incredibly wonderful. They argue but they also talk things out which I appreciate. Once the plot really picks up I was hooked as I found that the crime being a bunch of young people committing hate crimes to be really interesting and different for this series. It definitely got intense but I liked the way it all wrapped up.
I’m not sure if this is the last book in this series but if it is it wasn’t a bad way to go out. I just really want a book about Rachel and Nora as well. They are so freakin’ cute together and they need their romance told.

I picked this one up because I loved the first one so much. This is the second installment in the Monsters of the divide series. This story features Max & Vex a human who lost everything and a monster who's drawn to him. This romance is sweet but also steamy. I loved the whirlwind romance. It's a perfect installment in Max & Vex's story. I can't wait for the next one. I ended up devouring this one in just a little over an hour it was impossible to put down.

Review: This author really knows how to write the perfect stories for my tastes. Perfect amount of superblight angst, humor, and fluff. Narration was also spot on. I subtracted a star because too much time was spent worrying about Molly in my opinion. Everyone is a consenting adult. Just live your life and do whatever makes you happy. So far this entire series has been top notch ♥️
