Not done. One is a Kindle edition, the other is a paperback edition. Both are valid entries.

I have combined two groups of this title. In Goodreads-speak, combining puts all editions of a book in one place. Merging actually deletes one of multiple editions (such as a duplicate), creating a single copy.
