I once wrote a love story in 1996. It was about a woman from Hamburg (and as in all debut novels that was of course me) who was married to a violent husband and escaped to Nantucket Island. Of course no German publisher was interested in a story that did NOT take place in Germany. :)
I want to write a book about the dish and the spoon like in hey diddle diddle, it would be a romance book about the dish and the spoon but the twist is that you don't find out that they aren't humans until the very end of the book.
I'm currently working on a novel about a girl with selective mutism recovering from the grief of losing her sister.
i would write a romance novel about two wildlife photographers. One is photographing a lion, and another is photographing a zebra, when suddenly the lion attacks the zebra and eats it! so now, the zebra photographer is out of a job, and the lion photographer gets a deal for his pictures, making him rich and then they're enemies because the zebras photographer had been betting on getting the perfect shot... maybe this sounded better in my head
I’m also writing a book and I can’t reveal too much. But it’s about this girl and the FBI(you’ll find out more when it’s published😉)

Interesting question Riley (and best wishes to all who are currently writing!). I'd write a book that would feature anthropomorphic songbirds and raptors.
probably some fantasy novel, like what i already read - and its kind of perfect and challenging at the same time because you as a reader know what the audience, or the bigger population(that being people who read the same books), wants or some sort of realistic, modern day book but still fiction, perhaps something like Normal People just to name an example :) I honestly want to get into writing so much but i also am stuck, and dont know where to start. Most of my ideas are half ideas and the prospect of making something original AND interesting, with decent world building is intimidating to me.

im 13 ans Im writing a book!! it's a standalone fantasy about a girl who has divorced parents and 2 younger siblings. She's unique in her abilities. her (COUGH) turns out to be evil but ofc she doesn't know it. it's taking a while but since I'm homeschooled I've probs got more time than normal school kids. I really I hope to publish it. the book is called "Storms Of Magic" may change it. and my author name is Alina Orkid. I wrote a short story about a world famous boy band that loses the guy who sings the real high notes in the middle of a massive tour. In a pinch, they dress up his twin sister as a guy to sing his parts and the band is even a bigger hit. But they can’t reveal her real identity (or gender). Bit of a quandary.

Dark romantasy, about creatures from nordic folclore
My book blurb from my last Nanowrimo that I didn't finish:Sarge isn’t your average 16-year-old girl. For most of her life, she’s been a prisoner of the Syndicate; an organization she thought was her family. Until she discovered they’d been slipping zombie meat into her meals, causing her to function like one so she could be their prime soldier in the upcoming apocalypse. After her mentor’s death, she believes she’s lost everything human in her… only to escape and see the apocalypse has already begun.
Then she stumbles upon three delinquents, fresh from Juvie hall. They need help to get to safety—and their families. Sarge, desperate to cling to her last shred of humanity, agrees to help them, on three conditions: 1) If you get bit, you die, 2) Sarge is in charge, and 3) no names. Everyone will go by their talent: Klepto’s the thief of the group, Trigger is a female sniper with her scope on Klepto’s heart, and Dante is a hot head with a passion for fire.
Together, they cross the country to safety, mowing down zombies and running from the Syndicate, but the closer they get to safety, and the closer she gets to Dante, the more Sarge begins to rediscover things she’d thought she’d lost: like love
It would be about the struggles in life as a teenager, having to deal with your love life, your school life and trying to find yourself all while dealing with bullying and mental health struggles to try and raise awareness that although you might look 'fine', you could be drowning on the inside. I've actually started production on this book, it's called Devils and Dreams, about a young girl called Scarlet Wicker with deadly powers that exceeds imagination to show the secrets a young person has. teenage girlhood and trying to get yr way around love, loss, and yrself. being yr own enemy and yr biggest fan, being. the idea that not everyone is the same but a lot of peoples thoughts coincide, but nobody ever thinks about it. how the most unlikely bonds form from the most painful situations and how it hurts, being a teenager and being a person and being in love and having friends hurts, in a good way and in a bad way. the difficulty of trying to be in existence, but in a story of disappearing into yourself at the same time. (if that makes sense)
It would be about growing up with challenges and finding my way through a good career, a loving husband, great kids, and reaching the point in my life of accepting who I am. And it would include a good dose of gratitude for the blessings I've experienced along the way.
