Highlights Have Disappeared

Has this happened to anyone else? Starting about 3 books ago, highlights are not showing on my GR reviews. And yes, I'm making sure that my Kindle is connected to WiFi when I do the highlights. Somebody else contacted GR Help about it last month and GR just told them to make sure that they've chosen the correct edition before doing the review (which I'm always sure to do.)

no, I don't think so. have u tried restarting the kindle? hold the off button for 10 - 40 seconds, don't remember which lol

Some of the books I have done highlights on using my kindle don't show on Goodreads...they just say that they can't be found for the user...I've come to learn that some Kindle books do not support highlighting by the request of the author.
