Merging two book listings of the same book (one is under post-divorce name, the other pre-divorce name

Because this one book is listed under both Donna Russo Morin and Donna Russo, people are adding and rating one or the other, not just one. Consequently, the numbers and ratings are dispersed when they should be combined (giving me both higher numbers and a better rating. How can I merge these into one and retain all the numbers and ratings under each?
