There was a lot more wrong with this one than a missing count - which is possibly why it has been skipped over. Page counts are usually done by new librarians or librarians without much free time.

Could you tell me the format (hard cover, paperback) please.

World Cat (our preferred source for confirming page counts) has this one at 307 pages - which is quite a big difference.

Can you tell me what is on pages 308-446 of your copy? Some things we count & some things we don't.

Hello! It was hard cover, and it was just a regular novel so pages 308-446 was just the story itself. I borrowed it from the library so I don't have it here in front of me, but I remember that page 446 was the last page with a number, and that was also where the book ended. I hope you understand what I mean. :)

Hmmm, so there could be unnumbered pages like about the author which we would also count.

I'll change this to your count but make a note that it had been returned to the library before the request was answered.
