There are multiple "Kindle" editions of the book, and the second version was categorized as an "alternate cover edition" when in fact it had the ARC/Placeholder cover.

The version which should continue to exist is:

If this was an ARC cover, it should have been kept.
It looks like a placeholder so I merged it.
