Raven Silverburg (ravensilverburg) | 48 comments I tried one book with 3rd person's pov and ended up DNF-ing it after struggling with it for days on end. I just couldn't get on with the story. it didn't click for me. the plot was not that bad but the POV just made it impossible to read.

Anyway, my personal favourites will forever be dual POVs but I am fine with a single person's too for the entire book.

also multiple pov's just make my head hurt and I really don't enjoy or follow along the book when it has more than 3 pov's

❃A.J❃ (bibliophagist) | 21 comments I have read a lot of 3rd person books and I like them. I don't really have a preference tbh. I'll read 3rd person or 1st person, I don't mind.

Clara 𐙚 (clara17) | 85 comments I enjoy but I prefer the first person pov

Ariana Paredes | 92 comments I read a few books with the 3rd person pov and in my opinion Is good, but I prefer an infinite times more the 1 st person pov (dual pov), love to know what they are feeling about a situation or in general.

I mean it honestly depends. if it is written well then I love it but if it doesn't make any sense then I don't. I usually enjoy it though.

❁ Aileen ❁ | 43 comments It depends. For example, romance books hit better in 1st person POV cause you know exactly what they’re feeling, but let’s say… fantasy can be better in 3rd person cause it’s richer, the “know-it-all” narrator gives space to more explanations and world info (if executed right).

I don’t mind, as long as it’s well written.

grace rose | 14 comments i personally LOVE third person, especially in lit fics and/or historical fictions. romance is ALWAYS better in first person / dual pov but i do absolutely adore third person now and again

message 17: by Alds ♡ (new)

Alds ♡ (aldsinwonderland) | 153 comments It depends on the story. I've read books with 3rd pov, and so far, I love them as long as the story is captivating. but I still prefer 1st pov

Jessie (jessieylyang) | 53 comments Personally I don’t mind 3rd person but sometimes it is hard to understand and I would rather read in 1st pov
