Why am I being ignored? I asked for book cover help gave ISBN number told what my copy looks like and even provided a link. Other people around me were helped so I submitted the request again and was told not to do that (still not helped) bumped the request and I am still being ignored while others are being assisted. I don't believe I was rude to anyone.

I have had help in the past and have always been polite and thanked whoever helped me.
