Matt Kelly (mattke84) | 139 comments Hi Ben,

All the websites agree with the current Goodreads page numbers. So I'll leave it as is.

The number of pages in a book is meant to include all content except for advertisements and preview chapters for other books. Included end material may include acknowledgments, afterwords, appendices, bibliographies, glossaries, indexes, notes, and suggested discussion questions.

Hi Ben

This book is on World Cat but unfortunately only the ebook.

Is this your edition?

Paperback, the same cover? (as a tip, it does save time if you link to the work you want edited.) If so can you tell me what (if anything) is on pages 317-336. Some things we count & some things we don't.

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by letter of guidance.
