Here is a synopis of the book:
Good and bad habits affect our lives in many ways. They help us achieve our goals or stop us from being successful. The more we practice good or bad habits the stronger they become, leading us forward or keeping us stuck. I wrote this book to introduce you to the world of good habit creation. I want you to be successful in all you do and I hope by you reading this book, you gain an understanding of what habits in your life are good and which ones are not working out for you that you need to break. This book is written in an easy-to-understand language for the beginner like you.
Let me tell you a little about my own experience of building good habits and breaking bad ones. I have struggled for years with mental health issues. My life used to be chaotic and stressful. That is until I started working on changing my behavior’s. I started going to bed at the same time every day, which helped me wake up rested and full of energy. I changed the way I ate, eating healthy foods, cutting out sugar and eating at the same times each day. I used to forget to take my medication, which got in the way of me feeling my best. So, I made the effort to remember to take my medication as prescribed, on time, every day. I feel so much better!
I am still working on building my exercise habit, but I have more faith in myself now, because of all the positive change I have made so far. I will be working out regularly soon, I just know it. To be honest with you, it took a lot of time and patience with myself to make these positive changes. I first had to think about what I wanted to become and see it in my mind. Then I kept telling myself, over and over, that I was going to make these changes. That led to me remembering each day to do the desired habit and stop doing the unwanted habits. After some time, I did not have to remember so hard to do them. My hard work has paid off, because now I do the new habits automatically without much effort. I love the progress I have made and will continue to move forward and achieve more success at building good habits and breaking old ones. I know you can to, and I hope by reading this book you are able to learn for yourself, what habits to build and what habits to stop.
