Add or update UK Cover/Edition for 'What If It's Us'

I'm from the UK, and the cover of What If It's Us that is sold here is not shown on Goodreads. It's similar to an existing version, with a blue background, but the UK version has smaller title font and considerably larger character illustrations.

There are editions listed as being 'Simon & Schuster Children's UK' version, but the covers shown on Goodreads are not accurate. See below for the publisher's official website showing this.
