They shouldn't be merged. One is the Kindle edition, the other the ebook. So the only thing needed is a request to the staff to move the ISBN13 from the Kindle edition to the ebook.

(Even if a merge was needed, the ISBN situation should first be handed by the staff.)

They have been wrongly created as different editions but are not — those ISBNs refer to the same digital edition, which is the ebook.
Kindle edition has ASIN B074W7XKXV and haven't been created yet.

That ASIN is listed on the kindle edition with the ISBN10. The ASIN is not everywhere visible, but you can see it on the edit page or in the 'all editions' list.
