What prequel/sequel do you think is better than the original book?

For me, I actually thought the first to die in the end was a lot better than they both die in the end. I felt the romance was better fleshed out, and I liked the characters more.

it maybe an unpopular opinion but I'll have "assassin's blade" over "throne of glass" any day and also I loved "once upon a broken heart" it was a five star read but "the ballad of never after" is better

Agree on both. I really loved A Court of Mist and Fury more than the 1st book and Crush as well.
