I’d second Anne of Green Gables! Also in that vein, The Secret Garden is fun to revisit in the Spring. And if you’re into middle grade/children’s lit, I love reading Brian Jacques’ Redwall in the Spring. It’s full of the loveliest descriptions of food and friends and nature!
