Worldcat is our preferred source for print edition, they have 408 pages listed for that isbn.

Please advise what is on the last 2 pages, as some things we count and some things we don't.

We don't include the date of the first paperback but we do include the first date of the first published edition.

Sandra 408 would be correct that’s the last printed page number before advertisements.
