Book displaying incorrect author name

I am the David Dye who is co-author of this book (Powerful Phrases for Dealing with Workplace Conflict). The book is listed here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

However, the David Dye listed as author is not me. I need to have the book added to my author profile and correctly list me as co-author.

The Murder of My Aunt Richard HULL

The book The Murder of My Aunt and The Murder of My Aunt are mistaken. Richard Hull is the author--Richard Hull. Yet even on this proper author's page, there are errors, as he died in 1973. From the author's page, i know he did write these three, each of which were correctly attributed--

Last First
the unfortunate murderer
