Thirteen Reasons Why question

It seems like Bryce Walker is another one of those characters that popped up multiple times but only had one tape. I don't know if anyone caught this, but was Bryce the one that grabbed Hannah in Blue Spot Liquor store while she was purchasing a candy bar? I don't know why, but this particular scene stayed throughout the other times his name is mentioned. I know he was the one that raped Jessica at the big party, and he later on raped Hannah in a hot tub. He is shown to do his signature twisting of the girl's arm or shoulder when the girl doesn't comply to what he wants. Clay describes instances of this in Rosie's and the movie theater.
