Could someone please merge this empty duplicate with the valid Amazon US kindle edition?

I'll contact them just to be sure, but besides the same Amazon edit being repeated in the log over and over, everything else looks okay. The remaining edition is public and coming up in search and on her author profile and all of the stats are still there (I checked the stats on all the editions before I requested the merge).

I'll put the do not combine note back on that edition and let the author know that we're waiting for support to review it. Thanks!

I went ahead and put "done" in the title so that others won't open it thinking it still needs to be done.
