Having trouble with book reviews.

My first gained its book reviews easily. My new book, Reinvent Yourself, is having problems getting book reviews. Sakes are doing good. The readers aren't leaving reviews this time around. I find this to be interesting. What do you think?

How have you promoted yourself? I totally get it; I am struggling with my second book.
