In a similar style of Before the Coffee Gets Cold series less the time travel, this is a collection of loosely connected stories centering around a library at a community center and a surprising librarian Sayuri Komachi. Mrs Komachi sends patrons off with a list of books per their request, a extra unexpected inspiration book and a felted emblem. Many of the patrons in the stories are a bit lost in their own lives, half heartedly making it to the community center and library but find the meeting with Mrs Komachi and the unexpected book and felting to be the push to shift their perspective and make changes.

The stories are hopeful and motivating and I enjoy how a small interaction can make such big shifts.
