The page count for this (the only printed edition) is wrong, both here and on Amazon’s website. It says 288 pages, but the last numbered page is actually 145, with the next page being an advertisement.

Done - WorldCat agrees.For future requests, please also include the ISBN or ASIN when requesting to add (or edit) page counts, even when linking to the book.
