Has anyone else had problems submitting thru KDP?

I am trying and have been trying for two weeks to get the second edition of my first novel up on KDP and am having tremendous trouble doing so. They wouldn't accept the ISBN I purchased through Bowker. Then the wouldn't take the one I asked them to assign to the book. They took the manuscript upload, then decided they didn't like that either. Ditto with the cover art. This is not a brand new book. It was published through Ingram Spark without any issues, until they changed their policy and wanted me to change my pricing. I decided it would be easier to remove the book from Ingram and put it straight to KDP. What a mistake that has turned out to be. The Kindle version went smoothly. This is the POD paperback I'm having trouble with. I've had multiple email conversations with KDP representatives, and so far, all the things they have told me to do have not worked. Has anyone got any tips, or even commiseration? I'll take any advice given.
