change series and create a new one

Two books - prequels in towers of the earth series need to be removed from that series and a new series created.

Added the series and moved it up but did not remove the old series since if it's a prequal it's steal need to be in this series

Although the two books are not that well related to the Towers of the Earth series, which is why we separated them. I

It was confusing because these two books are about pirates and the Towers series is about witches. They are more of a cross over than prequels.
