Could you please:
- Add Where Destiny Plays to my Harwell Heirs Series
- Change the title of Where Destiny Plays to match the other books in the series. Please change to: Where Destiny Plays (Harwell Heirs #3)

Sorry! We will add it as soon as it is fixed.

I thought that might be the issue. Once the bug is fixed, can I do the adding? Or is this a librarian-only task?

Adding to a series is something only a librarian can do - just not at the moment :-)

Will the cover eventually automatically appear on my profile page under "Series by..." or is this a profile page edit I need to do myself?

Yes, it will appear. It can take up to 48 hours due to caching.
